1. Introduction

Before closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

12.2 Closure by uuujl

uuujl may suspend or permanently close your account if: you breach any provision of these Terms; we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity or identity misrepresentation; you are found to have registered while ineligible; or we are required to do so by a regulatory authority. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms violation, uuujl reserves the right to withhold the entire account balance pending investigation.

12.3 Dormant Accounts
